A UAE resident has made history by becoming the first-ever jackpot winner of the UAE Lottery’s Dh100 million grand prize. This landmark event took place during the 23rd draw on Saturday, October 18, 2025, marking the biggest prize awarded since the lottery’s launch in late 2024. Alongside the jackpot winner, thousands of other players also walked away with substantial winnings.

Historic jackpot win and draw details

In an unprecedented moment for the UAE Lottery, one lucky resident matched all seven winning numbers in the latest draw, securing the Dh100 million grand prize. The jackpot required matching all six numbers from the Days set, in any order, plus an exact match of the Month number. The winning numbers for the draw were 25, 18, 29, 11, 7, and 10 in the Days set, with 11 in the Months set.The chances of hitting this jackpot are extremely slim, with odds standing at 1 in 8,835,372. The identity of the grand prize winner remains confidential as the UAE Lottery prepares for an official announcement.This was the 23rd draw since the UAE Lottery began operating. Launched in December 2024, it is the first and only government-regulated lottery in the UAE, managed by The Game LLC, an Abu Dhabi-based company licensed in July 2024. Draws take place every two weeks, giving residents a biweekly opportunity to win significant prizes.

Other prize winners and prize structure

Saturday’s draw was not only notable for the jackpot but also for the large number of other winners across various prize tiers. The total number of winners in the 23rd draw reached 7,145 players.

  • Dh100,000 Prizes:
    Ten players won Dh100,000 each. This includes seven winners of the Lucky Chance IDs, which guarantee a cash prize of Dh100,000 regardless of the draw outcome. The Lucky Chance ID winners for this draw were:

  • Additionally, three players secured Dh100,000 by matching five numbers in the Days set plus the Month number in the draw.
  • Dh1,000 Prizes:
    67 players won Dh1,000 each by matching either five days or four days plus the month number.
  • Dh100 Prizes:
    7,067 players claimed Dh100 each by matching various combinations such as three days plus the month, two days plus the month, one day plus the month, or only the month.

Tickets for the UAE Lottery cost Dh50 each, and all prizes are tax-free in the UAE. Large prizes are paid out within 30 days of validation and verification of the winner’s eligibility.

Background and regulations of the UAE lottery

The UAE Lottery was officially launched in November 2024 and is the first of its kind fully regulated by the UAE government through the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA). It aims to offer a safe and regulated environment for lottery gaming within the country.Players must be residents of the UAE and at least 18 years old to participate. All prize money is held in segregated trust accounts until claims are verified.
