Bollywood divas Deepika Padukone and Alia Bhatt’s fans may be at loggerheads with each other, but the two actresses seem to be in their “BFF era”. Netizens were pleasantly surprised to see DP joining Alia for a game of pickleball on Sautrday afternoon. The two mamas tapped into their sporty side, seemingly to get a pre-Diwali workout ahead of the week of festivities and celebrations.

In videos captured by paparazzi, Alia was seen in her pickleball outfit while Deepika was seen wearing an oversized sweatshirt and leggings. The two ladies were spotted on their way out of a sports complex with their rackets in hand and bags across their shoulders. The duo appeared in high spirits, chatting in a rather animated conversation before parting ways.

Fans soon flooded the comments section with their reactions to the friendly encounter between the two actresses. One user wrote, “While their fans fight online, these two are out here playing pickleball together — love this energy!” Another commented, “It’s so refreshing to see actresses being this chill and supportive.”Over the past months, social media sites have been abuzz with fan wars. While the two actors share a rather friendly equation, fans have engaged in heated debates, comparing eveything, from their careers to their dressing styles and even their personal achievements.

This spotting also comes just days after Deepika was seen hitching a ride together with Ranbir Kapoor at the airport. The two were seen catching up at the airport as they headed to their flight.

On the work front

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia is gearing up for her action-packed role in YRF’s spy thriller ‘Alpha’, co-starring Sharvari Wagh and Bobby Deol. The film is slated for a Christmas 2025 release. She will also share the screen with husband Ranbir and Vicky Kaushal in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love & War’.Deepika, on the other hand, will be seen starring alongside Shah Rukh Khan in his action film ‘King’.
