The start-up season is starting soon – with profits, pitches, and equities. ‘Shark Tank India Season 5’ is all set to return, with new businessmen on board and statements like ‘I’m Out.’ The business reality show revolves around blooming companies asking the sharks to invest in their company, in return for their equity, or sometimes loans, along with the guidance from the experts themselves.
New season, new panel
The previous seasons have been binge-watched, and some companies even went viral for their unique products. The latest season, with the expert sharks of previous seasons, and a brand-new one, the co-founder of Minimalist Mohit Yadav, is all set to be aired in late 2025 or early 2026, according to News18. The old investors include Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, Aman Gupta, Vineeta Singh, and Peyush Bansal. The makers recently announced Yadav’s joining the reality show, and said, “Less clutter, more focus. That’s the mantra of the newest shark in town – Mohit Yadav, Co-founder of Minimalist. Get ready to dive in! Shark Tank India Season 5 – coming soon.”
‘Shark Tank India’ and its sarcasm
Earlier this year, the promos of the show went viral on the internet for having the perfect sarcastic tone in the ads. Comparing the business monsters’ struggle to the employees’ 70-hour struggle, the blunt tone instantly grabbed the attention of the well-appreciated ‘Hustle Culture’ in the corporate world. “Stay loyal – keep turning your millionaire bosses into billionaires,” the caption read.
About ‘Shark Tank India Season 5’
The registrations began in July, and the new season introduced on-ground auditions. The recorded pitches were skimmed, and the chosen ones performed them in front of the sharks.
