Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt set to move into their new Rs 250 crore house this Diwali: 'It's all about gratitude and new beginnings'

This Diwali 2025, a new milestone awaits for one of the most loved couples in the industry, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor. The pair has officially announced that they will be moving into their luxurious new family bungalow in Mumbai’s prestigious Pali Hill area, a property reportedly valued at around ₹250 crore. This house has been under construction for years now. one has often spotted Ranbir, Alia along with Neetu Kapoor inspecting the construction and finally it is ready for them to move on. The couple shared the news through an official statement, expressing gratitude to their well-wishers while requesting privacy as they embark on this fresh chapter together. Their statement read, “Diwali is all about gratitude and new beginnings. As we move into our new home, we are thankful for all the warmth and support you’ve shown us and we hope we can continue to rely on your consideration for our privacy and that of our family, home and wonderful neighbours. Sending you and your family all our love this festive season. Happy Diwali!”

Built on the site of the historic Krishna Raj bungalow, the Kapoor family’s cherished residence, is a six-storey mansion blends legacy with modern luxury. Reports suggest that the property features world-class interiors, dedicated entertainment zones, and a beautifully landscaped terrace garden.Estimated at ₹250 crore, the Pali Hill home is among the most expensive celebrity residences in India. It will serve as the primary abode for Ranbir, Alia, their daughter Raha, and Ranbir’s mother, veteran actor Neetu Kapoor.Clearly, this Diwali is special for the Kapoors. On work front, Ranbir and Alia are currently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love And War’ with Vicky Kaushal. Alia also has YRF’s spy universe movie ‘Alpha’ with Sharvari. On the other hand, Ranbir is a part of ‘Ramayana’ which has left fans excited.
