According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Kantara Chapter 1 has earned Rs 8.50 crore on Friday. Early estimates indicate that the 16-day total for the movie is currently at Rs 493.75 crore.

The report further stated that it had an overall 23.51 percent Kannada, 17.06 percent Telugu, 9.13 percent Hindi, 28.09 percent Tamil and 15.39 percent Malayalam Occupancy on Friday, October 17, 2025.
