Anticipation is bubbling over for Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s upcoming film ‘Thamma,’ set to hit theaters on October 21, 2025. The latest reports suggest Ayushmann raked in an impressive amount, with Rashmika following closely. Joining them in the horror-comedy frenzy, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Paresh Rawal also landed noteworthy paychecks for their roles.

Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s ‘Thamma’ is all set to release in theaters. There’s a lot of buzz going around about the film, and fans of the horror-comedy universe have been waiting for it to hit theaters. The romantic drama also stars Paresh Rawal, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Faisal Malik, Rachit Singh, and Geeta Agarwal. And a new report has revealed the fees that the actors charged for the film. ‘Thamma’ cast fees: Who bagged the biggest paycheque for the film?

According to the DNA report, Ayushmann Khurrana has been paid Rs 8-10 crores for the film. He will be seen playing the role of Alok Goyal in the movie. On the other hand, Rashmika Mandanna has reportedly received Rs 5-7 crore for the horror-comedy flick.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who will be seen as the main antagonist in the movie, has charged between Rs 3 and 4 crores. While veteran actor Paresh Rawal was reportedly paid Rs 2 crore. He is portraying the role of Alok’s father in the movie. Malaika Arora, who stars in the special number ‘Poison Baby’, took home Rs 2 crore.

‘Thamma’ is the fifth movie in the Horror-Comedy Universe (MHCU) which includes films like ‘Stree’, ‘Bhediya’, ‘Munjya’, and ‘Stree 2’. The upcoming film is being called a “Bloody love story.”Apart from the above cast, Varun Dhawan will be making a special appearance in the film. He will be reprising his role of Bhaskar, aka Bhediya, in the movie.Meanwhile, if reports are to be believed, the makers of the franchise have lined up the next movies. The list includes ‘Shakti Shalini’, ‘Bhediya 2’, ‘Chammunda’, ‘Chhoti Stree’, and ‘Stree 3’. However, the release dates of the movies have not been announced as of now.Coming back to ‘Thamma’, the film has been slated to hit cinema halls on October 21, 2025.
