'Kuch Kuch Hota Hai': Sana Saeed, who played Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter, gets teary-eyed rewatching the film

Sana Saeed, best known as Shah Rukh Khan and Rani Mukerji’s daughter Anjali Khanna in ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ (1998), recently shared a heartfelt post to celebrate the film’s 27th anniversary. She was only eight years old when Karan Johar’s film hit theatres, and now, 27 years later, she re-watched the movie and revealed her emotional reaction in a video.

Sana Saeed appears emotional while re-watching film

On Friday, Sana Saeed shared a video on Instagram showing her sitting in front of a television, watching ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’. She looked quite emotional as she saw her younger self alongside Shah Rukh Khan. In the video, she even said some of the dialogues from the film.In her caption, Sana wrote, “I was only 8, standing in front of a camera I barely understood, just happy to be part of the magic. Watching ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’ now, I realise, that little girl had no idea she was stepping into a story that would change her life forever.”

Sana expresses gratitude to film’s team

Sana also expressed her appreciation for everyone involved in the film. She added, “#27yearsofkuchkuchhotahai calls for rewatching an iconic film and taking a lil walk down my memory lane Thank you for all the love through the years & thank you to the most amazing team for always reminding us, we made something special @dharmamovies @karanjohar @iamsrk.”
