Lakshmi Manchu’s ‘Daksha’ OTT release details

'Daksha' OTT release: When and where to watch Lakshmi Manchu's crime thriller online

Get ready for an edge-of-your-seat experience as Lakshmi Manchu’s gripping crime thriller ‘Daksha’ makes its digital debut. Watch as Manchu steps into the shoes of CI Daksha, a tenacious investigator unraveling a web of murders that could expose a dangerous criminal organization.

Lakshmi Manchu’s latest release, ‘Daksha’, which hit the theatres on September 19, is now set to make its way online. The leading lady took to social media to share the OTT release details of the crime thriller. Find out where to watch the film below.

OTT details for ‘Daksha’

On her Instagram handle, Lakshmi Manchu shared a new poster for the digital launch. Celebrating the Diwali season with the release, she wrote, “Happy Diwali to all of us.” The film is set to release on Amazon Prime on October 17.

About Lakshmi Manchu’s role in ‘Daksha’

In the film, Lakshmi Manchu plays the role of CI Daksha, a determined and fearless police officer investigating a suspicious death at a container yard in Hyderabad. During her findings, another murder occurs, that of a representative from an American pharma company. With similar clues linking both incidents, Daksha begins to suspect the existence of a larger criminal network.

Cast of ‘Daksha’

‘Daksha’ features Samuthirakani, Rangasthalam Mahesh, Viswanth Duddumpudi, and Malayalam actor Sidhique in pivotal roles. Veteran actor Mohan Babu, who backed the film, also makes a special guest appearance. Although Daksha didn’t perform as expected at the box office, the digital release offers the film a fresh opportunity to connect with viewers across the globe.

Lakshmi Manchu speaks for women in cinema

In other news, Lakshmi Manchu is known for her outspoken nature in the film circle. In September, she was in the news after she spoke about the challenges faced by women in the film industry. She addressed the bias against female actors post-divorce. While speaking with Great Andhra, she spoke about a superstar’s ex-wife, who has struggled to find work after the divorce due to industry pressures and fears of backlash from the ex-husband. While she didn’t name names, speculation pointed towards actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu, but she did not confirm it. Go to Source
