Ishaan Khatter opens up about his brunch with Priyanka Chopra Jonas in New York- Exclusive

Ishaan Khatter, fresh off the success of ‘Homebound,’ shared delightful details of his New York brunch with Priyanka Chopra Jonas. He praised her acting prowess and inspiring career transition, highlighting her warmth and fun personality. Khatter also spoke fondly of seeing Priyanka as a mother to her daughter Malati, calling her a “rock star” managing her multifaceted life with grace.

Ishaan Khatter is the talk of the town with his latest performance in Karan Johar and Neeraj Ghaywan’s Homebound, India’s official entry to the Oscars this year. The film which premiered at Cannes also had a screening at Toronto International Film Festival. And during his return he had a stopover at New York for few working meetings and he also ended up having brunch with Priyanka Chopra Jonas. Talking about his conversation with Priyanka while being in the United States of America he said , “ “I think she’s a fantastic actor. And she’s also done such an inspiring crossover. Ishaan spoke just as highly of her personality, saying, “And she’s always been really, really sweet and fun. And our interactions have always been really fun.”“Of course, she lives now in New York. I was there for some work. So, we had a nice brunch together. And spent a day walking around New York,which was great” he recalled.“ I had a nice walk in Central Park. And she was with her lovely daughter, Malti.So, it was very sweet. It was so nice to see her as a mother as well. And she’s quite a rock star. Managing all those parts of her life simultaneously,” he concluded.Priyanka was in Mumbai recently to launch an exhibition for a luxury brand and it was attended by actresses like Tamannaah Bhatia, Triptii Dimri , Mrunal Thakur and many more.
