Evening news wrap: Shubman Gill named new ODI captain; EC holds all-party meet on Bihar polls; and more

Shubman Gill has been named India’s new ODI captain ahead of the upcoming series in Australia. Election commission held a meeting with all recognised political parties in Bihar to discuss the forthcoming polls. Prime Minister Modi hit out at the Congress and Rashtriya Janata Dal, accusing their previous governments in Bihar of causing the migration crisis.
