The actor diffused the tense situation by calmly responding, earning widespread appreciation from netizens for his level-headed approach while on a promotional spree for his upcoming film.

Varun Dhawan, who is currently on a promotional spree for his upcoming film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari, recently found himself at the centre of a viral video. In the video, Varun is seen keeping his cool after a man accused his driver of rash driving and abusive behaviour.

Fans praise Varun’s patience

The video sparked discussion on Reddit, where many praised the actor for staying patient and avoiding aggression. In the clip, the man is heard saying, “Inhone mere upar gaadi chadhaya, aur ulta sidha gaali de raha hai” (He drove the car over me and hurled abuses). Varun is seen calmly responding with, “Thik hai, thik hai” (Okay, okay), as he tried to ease the tension. Once things settled, the actor quietly got into his car and left.

As soon as the video started doing the rounds, comments poured in from all sides. While one wrote, ‘Varun has the street smarts to deal with such situations in real life; he’s level-headed, not too emotional or aggressive’, another one added, Bhai ne sahi handle kiya. Hanji hanji karke bina koi drama hue nikal gaya.’A user also commented, “The driver showed some road rage & abused after a minor accident. So what’s the big deal?? Wouldn’t most of us react the same way in such a case? Also, since these are his driver’s actions, no point dragging Varun into this!’

Upcoming film faces big clash

On the work front, Varun and Janhvi are gearing up for the release of their romantic comedy film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. The Shashank Khaitan directorial will hit theatres on October 2. It will be seen locking horns with Kantara: Chapter 1 at the box office.Reacting to the big clash, Varun was quoted saying, “Obviously, Kantara is a very big film. The first one was amazing. I loved it myself. But our film is very different. I think there’s more than enough space for all kinds of films.”
