Delhi Ashram Horror: Swami Chaitanyananda Sent To 5-Day Police Custody In Sexual Assault Case

Swami Chaitanyanand, accused of molesting 17 female students at a private institute in Delhi’s Vasant Kunj, was arrested in Agra.

Swami Chaitanyananda Saraswati, a self-styled ā€˜godman’ arrested for sexually harassing 17 women at a Delhi ashram, has been sent to a five-day police custody. He was taken into custody from Uttar Pradesh’s Agra in the early hours of Sunday.

Swami Chaitanyanand is accused of molesting 17 female students at a private institute in Delhi’s Vasant Kunj. He had allegedly sent lewd messages to young women and had been absconding for nearly two months.
