The trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana and Rashmika Mandanna’s much awaited film, ‘Thamma’ is out now. While the fans of Dinesh Vijan’s horror comedy universe loved the trailer, they couldn’t stop themselves from noticing Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya making a cameo. Fans seemed mighty surprised by the fierce avatar of the wolf (Bhediya) this time in the trailer. Let’s check what they are saying.

At the end of the ‘Thamma’ trailer, Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya makes an entry. The left ‘Bhediya’ fans go berserk on social media. Netizens took to X to express that they are loving the upgraded wolf. Directed by Aditya Sarpotdar, the film stars Ayushmann Khurrana, Rashmika Mandanna, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Paresh Rawal, and Sathyaraj. Varun Dhawan will be making a cameo as Bhediya. The movie is a part of the Maddock Horror Comedy Universe. It is the fifth film in the franchise after ‘Stree’, ‘Bhediya’, ‘Munjya’ and ‘Stree 2’. Sarpotdar had helmed the Abhay Varma and Sharvari starrer ‘Munjya’. Released in 2024, the film also featured Sathyaraj and Mona Singh.The film is scheduled to hit theaters on October 21, 2025. Meanwhile, with Varun’s cameo, the makers almost announced that there will be a sequel to ‘Bhediya’.
