Kapil jokes about Jeeves’ British roots
On the show, Kapil Sharma showed a picture of Akshay Kumar with his pet dog on the big screen. Akshay said, “That’s my dog, his name is Jeeves. He’s a British dog.” Kapil joked, “He must have a British passport!” Akshay then shared that Jeeves now lives with them in Mumbai, and the Maharashtrian staff at his home lovingly call him “Jeevdya.”

He teased, “He has already done three seasons on Netflix, before that on Sony, and before that on Colors. Now he’s working on two films. On top of that, he opened his own restaurant and is making so much money that even bullets were fired there (laughs).”
