Mercedes-Benz India has strengthened its presence in the country’s luxury car segment with the launch of a new T&T Motors service facility in Udaipur, reflecting the brand’s “Go to customer” strategy.

Spanning 9,000 sq. ft., the facility aims to deliver an elevated ownership experience, offering advanced service capabilities, latest tools, and genuine spare parts.

The centre features three Preventive Maintenance & General Repair bays, two quick Body & Paint bays, and three supporting bays. A key highlight is the ‘Premier Express Bay’, enabling select services to be completed in just 60 minutes.

The Udaipur facility also houses the city’s only 180 KW ultra-fast EV charger with two bays, open to all battery-electric vehicle (BEV) customers.

Mercedes-Benz plans to introduce a 24-Hour Service Mobilio facility soon. Digital services, including Online Appointment Booking, Digital Service Drive, and Vehicle Digital Reception System, further enhance convenience for customers. Exclusive offerings like the ‘Key Presenter’ create a personalised car handover experience.

The facility is expected to strengthen Mercedes-Benz’s appeal in Udaipur and cater to the evolving expectations of luxury car buyers, positioning the brand as the ultimate choice for automotive excellence.
