The model turned actor continues to remain a huge inspiration even today at the age of 59 due to his fitness and looks. He continues to redefine fitness goals, proving that age is just a number. His latest picture on the internet, has left fans gushing over him. He dropped a picture flaunting his sculpted abs. The album also features glimpses of him running, cycling, and swimming—clearly showcasing that his fitness mantra lies in movement and outdoor activities rather than heavy gym workouts. His wife Ankita commented on his post and revealed, “And the very fact that not a single one of those muscles was made in a gym… world is your playground.”Netizens couldn’t stop gushing over him as he was flooded with comments and love. One fan wrote, “Happy to see our Captain Vyom still being the same!” Another added, “The temperature just increased in the UAE.” A user even called him “a big ambassador for the ‘Age is just a number’ brigade.”Earlier, during an interview, Milind had revealed his fitness mantra. He said during an interview with Hindustan Times, “I focus on being active, hydration, sleeping on time and eating clean. A calm mind and a healthy lifestyle are the best glow-up tools.”He added, “Fitness doesn’t need time, it needs commitment. Even 15–20 minutes a day can make a difference if you stay consistent. I make time because it’s a non-negotiable part of my day, like eating or sleeping. My advice? Start small, stay regular, and choose something you enjoy. That’s how habits are built.”
