Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are getting ready for their big wedding and the groom-to-be is spilling the tea on the hush-hush affair.

While there is a lot of buzz and chatter about the upcoming nuptials that Swifties have dubbed as the ‘Royal Wedding’, according to Travis, the planning is ‘easy’. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, made another appearance on the New Heights podcast, in conversation with guest Jimmy Fallon and his brother Jason Kelce. When the Tonight Show host asked about how preparations were coming along, Kelce shrugged off saying, “Wedding planning is the next step,” he confirmed. “It’s gonna be easy.”

Wedding after football season

With football season on in full swing and all eyes now turned to the star, he joked, “I just gotta figure out a football game first. [That’s] gonna be easy compared to figuring out how to catch a f–king goddamn football.”When asked if he would have a DJ or live music for the big day, Kelce was quick to say, “We’re live music kind of people.”

Kelce popped the question to Swift, last month in a romantic garden proposal outside their home in Missouri. Sharing the happy news on Instagram, the couple wrote, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.” Since then, Kelce has admitted to being more emotional and nervous while going down on one knee and asking Taylor to marry him. Speaking to Fox Sports’ Erin Andrews, he revealed he shed “a few tears here and there” during the proposal, “The palms were definitely sweating” he added.

Details about the wedding

While fans and news portals are gearing up for a grand wedding befitting of a pop superstar and the Super Bowl champ but, according to Page Six, the couple is planning a rather intimate and “private” ceremony.
