The power couple has reportedly purchased a sea-facing luxury apartment worth Rs 18.29 crore in Mumbai’s Versova. The couple’s latest investment comes amid reports of their spiritual visits and a quieter family life with children Vamika and Akaay. The purchase adds yet another premium address to the celebrity couple’s already impressive property portfolio, which spans multiple cities.

According to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey, Anushka and Virat have purchased a 2,644-square-foot apartment in the Godrej Skyshore residential project for Rs 18.29 crore. The apartment is located on one of the higher floors of the premium building in Mumbai’s Andheri West neighbourhood, and comes with three designated parking spots along with an additional exclusive area of 316 square feet. Based on the transaction value and carpet area, the deal works out to roughly Rs 69,159 per square foot.Notably, according to registration data accessed by Liases Foras, actor Tabu previously bought a 2,153-square-foot flat in the same Godrej Skyshore building for Rs 10 crore, making the project a notable address among Mumbai’s film and cricket fraternity.

This isn’t the first big-ticket property purchase for the couple. Kohli owns a sprawling 10,000-square-foot home in Gurugram’s upscale DLF Phase 1, complete with a private pool and a state-of-the-art gym, reportedly valued at around Rs 80 crore. The couple also owns over five acres of land in Zirad village near Awas Beach in Alibaug, acquired for approximately Rs 37.86 crore.Their Alibaug investments go back further still, in 2022, the couple paid around Rs 19 crore for an eight-acre property in the same area, on which they subsequently built a luxury villa featuring a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a custom kitchen, four bathrooms, a jacuzzi, a landscaped garden, covered parking and staff quarters.

The property news comes close on the heels of Anushka and Virat’s latest spiritual visit to Vrindavan, where the couple was seen walking barefoot in the rain to seek blessings at Premanand Maharaj’s new ashram. The visit marked their eighth meeting with the spiritual leader since they first met him in January 2023, having received Diksha (initiation) from him in January 2025. The couple has made the trip to Vrindavan several times since, including visits in May and December 2025, and February, April and June 2026, reflecting their continued spiritual inclination alongside their busy professional and family life.
