The agitation has reportedly spread beyond Patna to several parts of Bihar. In Jehanabad, heavy firing was reported during clashes, while in Begusarai, students allegedly pelted stones at the district administration office, prompting police action. Authorities in Katihar reportedly shut the collectorate gates amid protests, while the situation in Muzaffarpur remained relatively peaceful but security was tightened as a precaution. The developments have raised serious concerns over law and order as student protests continue across Bihar and other parts of the country.
