Magnicity unveils reimagined Euromast to boost Rotterdam’s appeal for international travellers

Magnicity has unveiled the newly renovated Euromast in Rotterdam, introducing a refreshed visitor experience that combines immersive attractions, upgraded hospitality and panoramic views of the Dutch city. Standing 185 metres tall, the Euromast has been part of Rotterdam’s skyline for more than six decades. Following an extensive renovation, the attraction now offers a series of new experiences designed to showcase the city’s history, culture and innovation. A key addition is The Rise of Rotterdam, an interactive multimedia experience that traces more than 800 years of the city’s history through digital storytelling and immersive technology before visitors ascend the observation tower. The redevelopment also includes a redesigned Brasserie Euromast, offering panoramic city views alongside an updated dining experience featuring international cuisine prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The restaurant is designed to cater to leisure travellers, tour groups and corporate visitors. Visitors can also experience an upgraded Euroscoop, the tower’s rotating glass elevator, which now incorporates multimedia effects, immersive storytelling and a transparent smart-glass floor before reaching the observation deck with 360-degree views of Rotterdam. Beyond sightseeing, the attraction continues to offer overnight accommodation in elevated hotel suites, abseiling experiences, retail outlets, dining facilities and venues for corporate events, meetings and celebrations. Magnicity said the renewed attraction is expected to strengthen Rotterdam’s appeal among international visitors, particularly from India, where demand for experiential, premium and MICE travel continues to grow. The company believes the upgraded Euromast will complement leisure and business itineraries across the Netherlands. Alexia Vettier, CEO of Magnicity, said, “The renewed Euromast reflects Magnicity’s vision of creating memorable urban experiences that go beyond sightseeing. By bringing together Rotterdam’s rich heritage, innovation and hospitality, we are offering visitors a new way to discover one of Europe’s most dynamic cities. India continues to be an increasingly important outbound market for Europe, and we look forward to welcoming more Indian travellers to experience Rotterdam from this unique perspective.” Go to Source
