Navya Nair recalls son’s reaction to Major Ravi; says he Googled the filmmaker: ‘Was he commando all these years?’
Actress Navya Nair recently shared an amusing incident involving her son and filmmaker Major Ravi.Speaking at the launch event of her upcoming film ‘Visitor’, the actress recalled how her son became curious after hearing Major Ravi’s name during a conversation at home.According to Navya, her son wanted to know whether Major Ravi was actually a Major in the Indian Army or if it was simply a screen name. His curiosity led him to search for the filmmaker online, and what he discovered surprised him.

Recalling the incident, Navya explained how the conversation unfolded at home.As quoted by Reporter website, she said, “We were talking about Major Ravi sir at home when my son came and asked, ‘Is he really a Major?’ I told him that he was. He immediately searched for him on Google. When he saw references to the NSG, he said, ‘Oh my God!’ Then he asked me, ‘Mom, was he a commando all these years?'”

Major Ravi is widely known not only for his work as a filmmaker but also for his years of service in the Indian Army. Before making films, he served in the military and was associated with the National Security Guard (NSG).
