Inside SRK’s Rs 1,227 crore property empire

Mannat to Dubai's Jannat: Inside Shah Rukh Khan's Rs 1,227 crore property empire after his latest Rs 37 crore Delhi buy

Shah Rukh Khan, worth Rs 12,490 crore, recently bought a Rs 37 crore Delhi property, his former family home. His assets include Red Chillies Entertainment (Rs 500 crore), Mumbai’s Mannat (Rs 200 crore), a Delhi bungalow (Rs 200 crore), London’s Mayfair home (Rs 175 crore), Alibaug estate (Rs 15 crore), and Dubai villa Jannat (Rs 100 crore).

Shah Rukh Khan, fondly known as the Badshah of Bollywood, has repeatedly shown that his larger-than-life persona extends well beyond the movies. With a net worth of Rs 12,490 crore, he owns an impressive array of luxurious assets, topped by his own production house. With the actor’s recent purchase of a new property in Delhi worth Rs 37 crore, here’s a look at some of the most expensive properties owned by Shah Rukh Khan.

Shah Rukh Khan’s new addition in Delhi’s Panchsheel Park

Shah Rukh Khan has recently added to his property portfolio by purchasing the second and third floors of a residential building in Delhi’s upscale Panchsheel Park neighbourhood, for Rs 37 crore. The property holds deep personal significance for the actor, as it was once the family home he shared with Gauri Khan after their wedding, before he moved to Mumbai to pursue his film career. With the family already owning the building’s ground floor and basement, this latest purchase means the entire property is now fully owned by the Khans.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment

A major share of Shah Rukh Khan’s wealth comes from his production house, Red Chillies Entertainment, reportedly valued at over Rs 500 crore. The company is known for housing some of the biggest names across various creative fields. Established in 2002, it has earned acclaim for its top-notch VFX work and has delivered several major box-office hits for Bollywood. A number of SRK’s own films were produced under this banner, including ‘Main Hoon Na’ (2004), ‘Om Shanti Om’ (2007), and ‘Chennai Express’ (2013), among others.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Mumbai mansion, Mannat

For this Delhi boy, Mumbai didn’t offer just a house, it gave him a mansion. His six-storey, sea-facing home, Mannat, ranks among the city’s most recognisable properties. A Financial Express report pegs its worth at approximately Rs 200 crore, fittingly mirroring SRK’s grand, king-size lifestyle.

Shah Rukh Khan’s bungalow in Delhi

A piece of Shah Rukh’s heart still remains in Delhi, cherished through his bungalow there. Acquired by Khan in 2001, this luxurious property is estimated to be worth around Rs 200 crore. A key highlight of the home is Gauri Khan’s personal touch in its interiors, lending the bungalow a regal charm while preserving the family’s legacy within its walls.

Shah Rukh Khan’s London home in Mayfair

Even in London, Shah Rukh Khan has carved out a slice of home for himself, a Mayfair property valued at nearly Rs 175 crore. The National Award-winning actor and his family reportedly head there often to holiday and unwind.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Alibaug estate

Speaking of vacation homes, Shah Rukh Khan’s Alibaug estate deserves a mention too. Located within Deja Vu Farms and spread across nearly 20,000 square metres, this property is estimated to be worth around Rs 15 crore. With cosy interiors, a distinct holiday feel, scenic beach views, luxurious décor, and wooden decks, the Alibaug home ticks all the right boxes.

Shah Rukh Khan’s Dubai villa, Jannat

Shah Rukh Khan’s Dubai villa, named Jannat, is situated in Frond K of Palm Jumeirah, the world’s largest artificial archipelago. According to Housing.com, this roughly Rs 100 crore property was actually gifted to him by Dubai-based real estate developer Nakheel PJSC. Spread across 8,500 square feet, the six-bedroom villa comes with its own private beach area. This two-storey royal residence also boasts two remote-controlled garages, along with every other amenity one would expect from a luxury lifestyle. Go to Source
