Ram Mandir Update: Ayodhya Ram Temple Trust Takes Major Action After Resignations of Key Members

A major development has emerged from Ayodhya concerning the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, as reports state that senior members Champat Rai Bansal and Anil Mishra have been relieved from their positions and removed from the trust’s membership following their resignations. The membership of Gopal Rao has also reportedly been ended as part of the latest decision. According to reports, Treasurer Govind Dev Giri clarified that the resignations were accepted and the association of the former office bearers with the trust has come to an end. The development follows a meeting between Govind Dev Giri and Champat Rai Bansal, which reportedly continued for around two hours. The decision comes amid discussions surrounding allegations related to donation-related irregularities at the Ram Temple. Following his removal from the trust, Champat Rai Bansal reportedly issued a letter addressing devotees, stating that he has maintained silence over the allegations and will respond after the final report of the investigation is released. In his statement, Rai reportedly said that several accusations have been made against him personally and assured devotees that all facts would come out after the completion of the investigation process. Reports also indicate that during his statement to investigators, he raised questions about procedural issues and referred to responsibilities involving banking processes. The matter has attracted significant public attention due to the importance of the Ram Temple Trust and its role in managing religious activities and donations. The final findings of the investigation are expected to provide further clarity on the allegations and administrative decisions. The latest action by the trust marks a significant change in its internal structure, while devotees and observers await additional updates regarding the investigation and future functioning of the organization.
