The residents of the Ranch at Brushy Creen in Cedar Park neighborhood of Texas posted the photos of a man who was seen openly defecating on the road on social media, triggering a major outrage as some users defended that the man might have some medical emergency. “This morning, at the main entrance to our subdivision on Ranch Trails Drive, a man was openly defecating just a few feet from the road, in full view of numerous vehicles—including families with children—stopped at the traffic light,” the Facebook post claimed.”Before anyone assumes this was simply an emergency, he had a stack of napkins beside him and more in his pocket, and he showed no concern about the number of people witnessing what was happening. To those who observed the incident, it appeared to be a deliberate act rather than an emergency.””Afterward, he stood up, briefly exposing himself, and left the feces on the ground,” it added.”This is completely unacceptable for obvious public health, sanitation, and public decency reasons. A police report has been filed with the Cedar Park Police Department. I’m sharing this to make our neighbors aware of what occurred.
