More details about ‘Pralay’

The film is going to have a whopping budget of approximately Rs 300 crore, making it another one of Singh’s most expensive films that he has worked on so far. Another statement from the report also added that the film will heavily rely on VFX and special effects and the production team is focusing on all details. The statement read: “Pralay will rely heavily on VFX. Jai and his team are actively working on the screenplay, visual detailing, and the larger zombie universe. The story will be centric to a couple who does anything and everything to survive the apocalypse. The film has been labelled as something new, with Jay Mehta telling Variety India that “It’s the kind of film that India hasn’t made yet, the kind of film that India hasn’t seen before.”

About Ranveer Singh

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh has been in the headlines following the controversial exit from the upcoming project ‘Don 3.’ According to Free Press Journal, the actor has refused to talk about the matter to the media on any account. For the next 18 months, Singh is reportedly prioritising his work and filming, and will not interact with the media. A statement from the report shared that a trade journalist had approached the ‘Bajirao Mastani’ actor; however, “I met him personally. And he told me he will not speak on the ‘Don 3’ controversy, nor will he give any interviews for at least 18 months.”Lastly, Kalyani Priyadarshini is rumoured to join Ranveer Singh for the film; however, the production team and the actress herself have made no confirmations. However, if the actress is, in fact, attached to the upcoming project, this will mark her Bollywood debut after her success with ‘Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra.’ Go to Source
