Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ continued its theatrical run on Day 24, but the film witnessed another decline in collections despite the weekend. While the action drama has already emerged as one of the year’s biggest box-office successes, its earnings have entered a slower phase after completing more than three weeks in theatres.At the same time, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s new release ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ maintained healthy run during its second weekend.

‘Peddi’ registers 14% decline on day 24

According to Sacnilk estimates, ‘Peddi’ collected Rs 80 lakhs net in India on its 24th day. The latest figure represents a 14.0% drop compared to the Rs 93 lakhs earned on Day 23. The film played across 939 shows on its fourth Saturday. Its India net collection now stands at Rs 239.10 crore, while its India gross collection has reached Rs 282.77 crore.The Telugu version earned Rs 79 lakhs while the Hindi version added Rs 1 lakh to the tally.

Worldwide gross reaches Rs 335.67 crore

‘Peddi’ has now accumulated Rs 52.90 crore gross from international markets. The film’s worldwide gross collection has climbed to Rs 335.67 crore.The Telugu version registered an overall occupancy of 25.06%, with the highest audience turnout coming during the night shows at 27.22%.

‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ enjoys strong second weekend

While ‘Peddi’ experienced another dip, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ continued to attract audiences during its second weekend. According to Sacnilk estimates, the action-comedy drama earned Rs 4.90 crore net in India on Day 9. The collection marks a 12.6% increase over the film’s Day 8 earnings of Rs 4.35 crore.The Day 9 performance has pushed the film’s total India net collection to Rs 42.95 crore, while its India gross collection has risen to Rs 49.72 crore.

Worldwide total climbs to Rs 71.57 crore

The Samantha Ruth Prabhu-starrer added Rs 1.25 crore gross internationally on Day 9, taking its overseas total to Rs 21.85 crore.As a result, ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ has now collected Rs 71.57 crore gross worldwide.Directed by B.
