As per ‘Female First UK’, it was reported that Taylor’s wedding dress will be inspired by the gown worn by Dame Elizabeth Taylor when she married her first husband, Conrad Hilton, in 1950 after researching the movie icon for her song of the same name.A source told the Daily Mail newspaper, “Taylor spent so much time looking at old photos of Elizabeth Taylor when she was making her music video for that song that she became enamoured with the movie queen’s style. So when she started thinking about her wedding dress, she looked up Elizabeth’s old gowns online”.The insider added that the singer loved the “flattering” fit of Elizabeth’s dress, saying, “Taylor said she liked how it was old fashioned and came in at the waistline, plus the lace detailing”.

As per the New York Post, Travis and Taylor are reportedly set to shell out the big bucks, for the big day, with early estimates hinting at a USD 20 million wedding. The report states that just renting venue alone carries a price tag of around USD 2.5 million. “Once you add production, security, catering, entertainment and décor, a Madison Square Garden wedding could very realistically become a $10 million to $20 million-plus event,” Luxury wedding planner Sonal Shah told the portal.
