‘Peddi’ box office collection day 22: Ram Charan film grows 14.3%; Worldwide gross reaches Rs 333.78 Cr

Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor’s ‘Peddi’ continued its theatrical run with a modest increase in collections on its 22nd day. The film posted a 14.3% jump in India net earnings compared to the previous day.According to Sacnilk, ‘Peddi’ collected Rs 80 lakhs on its fourth Thursday after earning Rs 70 lakhs on Wednesday.

Worldwide collection climbs beyond Rs 333 crore

On Day 22, ‘Peddi’ was screened across 1,308 shows in India. The film’s cumulative India net collection now stands at Rs 237.40 crore. Its India gross collection has reached Rs 280.88 crore.’Peddi’ has collected Rs 52.90 crore in international gross earnings so far. The worldwide gross total has climbed to Rs 333.78 crore.

Occupancy remains stable

Audience occupancy remained stable on Day 22. The Telugu version registered an overall occupancy of 19.65% on Thursday. The film opened the day with 17.80% occupancy during the morning shows. Afternoon occupancy stood at 19.40%, while evening and night shows recorded 18.20% and 18.50%, respectively.’Peddi’ had concluded its opening week with Rs 193.55 crore in India net collections. It followed that with Rs 34.45 crore during the second week. The film has collected Rs 9.40 crore so far in its third week.

‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ continues positive run

Meanwhile, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ earned Rs 2.65 crore in India net collections on Day 7 which represents a 6% increase over its Rs 2.50 crore collection on the previous day. The film has now completed its first week with a cumulative India net collection of Rs 35.85 crore.
