Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ continues to show staying power at the box office. Even after completing 18 days in theatres, the film managed to record a healthy jump in collections on its third Sunday.According to reports from Sacnilk, the film collected Rs 2.82 crore net in India on Day 18. Compared to Saturday’s Rs 1.95 crore net collection, the latest figure represents a growth of 44.6 percent. The film was screened across 1,763 shows on Sunday.

India net collection crosses Rs 234 crore

‘Peddi’ has now amassed Rs 234.27 crore net in India. The film’s India gross collection has climbed to Rs 277.26 crore.The film had concluded its first week with a massive Rs 193.55 crore net collection. During its second week, it added another Rs 34.45 crore.Overall occupancy stood at 34.25 percent. Morning shows registered 19.27 percent occupancy. Afternoon shows improved significantly to 44.09 percent. Evening shows recorded 39.36 percent occupancy, while night shows ended at 24.64 percent.

Worldwide gross reaches Rs 330 crore mark

‘Peddi’ added Rs 10 lakhs gross internationally on Day 18. This pushed its overseas gross collection to Rs 52.85 crore. The film’s worldwide gross collection has now reached Rs 330.11 crore.State-wise figures show that Andhra Pradesh and Telangana remained the strongest territories. The region contributed Rs 2.75 crore gross on Sunday alone. Karnataka added Rs 25 lakh while Tamil Nadu and other markets also contributed to the overall total of Rs 3.25 crore gross for the day.

‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ continues strong run

Meanwhile, Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s ‘Maa Inti Bangaaram’ also enjoyed a successful Sunday at the box office. The action drama collected Rs 10.10 crore net in India on its third day, registering a 32.0 percent growth over Saturday’s Rs 7.65 crore.The film’s total India net collection has reached Rs 23.10 crore, while its India gross stands at Rs 26.69 crore.
