Kareena Kapoor Khan recenlty visited Birmingham, UK, as the guest of honour at a new jewellery exchange launch. While she dazed the crowd on stage, the excitement turned chaotic outdoors when a female fan fainted.

Kareena was in Birmingham last week to launch the store, drawing thousands of excited fans. Videos show her grooving to her hit song Fevicol Se and greeting the cheering crowd with her signature warmth.Outside the venue, things were far from festive. A viral video shows a woman collapsing in the crowded gathering, with security rushing her away for medical help. The anxious reactions of the crowd have sparked questions about how well such a large audience was managed.

Kareena looked stunning in a custom Manish Malhotra saree paired with a halter-neck blouse, diamond jewellery, and subtle makeup. While her glamorous look lit up the store launch, the incident outside shifted attention to fan safety and crowd management at high-profile celebrity events.Sharing pictures of Kareena from the fan-packed event, Manish wrote on Instagram, “Where every sequin flows like a wave of elegance… shimmering waves timeless grace… the one and only.” Kareena too shared the pictures on Instagram. As soon as the pictures made their way on to social media, likes and comments poured in from all sides. Sister-actor Karisma Kapoor wrote, ‘My diamond…’ While one comment read, ‘Bebo knows how to own it’, another one added, ‘Diva.’
