Bihar News: Court Stays Arrest of Khan Sir in Coaching Centre Firing Case, Investigation Continues

Popular educator Faisal Khan, known as Khan Sir, has received interim relief from the court as his arrest has been stayed in connection with the coaching centre dispute and firing incident. The case involves allegations of attempted violence and firing at a coaching centre, where two of his security guards have already been arrested for alleged aerial firing. Following the FIR registered at Kadamkuan Police Station in Patna, police had been conducting raids to trace Khan Sir, whose location has reportedly remained unconfirmed since the case was filed. During the hearing of his anticipatory bail plea in the civil court, arguments were presented regarding his alleged presence during the incident and the circumstances surrounding the firing. The court has sought further case details, including the police case diary, as the investigation continues. With the interim order, immediate arrest action has been halted, providing relief to Khan Sir for now. However, investigation agencies, including local police units, continue to probe the matter and search operations remain active.
