Ranveer Singh’s sudden exit from ‘Don 3’ continues to make waves in Bollywood. In the latest development, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) stepped in on Monday, issuing a non-cooperation directive against the actor after Farhan Akhtar filed a formal complaint against him. Farhan alleged that Ranveer’s abrupt departure from the film led to a massive financial setback of nearly Rs 45 crore. According to Pandit, Farhan first brought his complaint against Ranveer to FWICE on April 11, setting the wheels of this controversy in motion.

As the controversy continues to steam, actress and CINTAA Vice-President Padmini Kolhapure has firmly thrown her weight behind Ranveer Singh, making it clear that the organisation stands squarely in his corner despite the FWICE ban. In a conversation with IANS, Padmini did not mince her words when expressing her support for the actor. “CINTAA is proud to have Ranveer Singh as our member. We stand by him and for him whenever he needs us. This is already out in the public domain, so I do not want to comment more about it. We are here for him, with him. If he ever needs us, we are for Ranveer Singh,” she said.

Throughout the recent developments surrounding Don 3, he has consciously chosen to maintain silence, believing that professional discussions and personal equations are best handled with dignity, maturity and mutual respect,” the statement read.
