‘Descendants’ cast remembers late Cameron Boyce on birth anniversary: ‘Happy heavenly birthday to our angel’

In 2019, rising star Cameron Boyce, who was best known for his role in ‘Descendants’, passed away. The news left the entertainment world reeling with shock. His fellow cast members and some of his closest friends, who have kept his memory alive through the years, ended up having a celebration to mark his birth anniversary.

‘Descendants’ cast celebrate Cameron Boyce’s birthday

His co-stars and close friends from ‘Descendants’ took to their social media accounts in order to celebrate and remember him on his birth anniversary. ‘56 Days’ star Dove Cameron took to her handle to share two old black-and-white photos of her and Boyce standing side by side, smiling, and she added a sweet caption that read, “Happy birthday. i love you.”Sofia Carson, who also starred with Boyce on the teen show, shared the comment “forever” under Dove’s post. She also posted a photo of the actor on her account, sitting in front of a sunset, along with the caption, “Happy heavenly birthday to our angel. You are sunshine, Forevermore.”Booboo Stewart also shared a series of photos of Boyce from over the years, along with videos of them having fun on set, and wished him a happy birthday. He wrote, “Happy birthday Mr @thecameronboyce so many laughs.” China Anne McClain also shared photos of herself and Boyce posing while posting “happy birthday Cam.”

Libby Boyce remembers her late son Cameron Boyce

Libby also took to her account on Thursday to pay tribute to her son. She shared a video of her son having fun in the snow. In the video, Boyce was seen doing spins and twists in the snow as someone filmed him and cheered him on. She posted the video along with a series of purple hearts.Cameron Boyce passed away in July 2019 in his sleep because of a seizure. At the time, his family had released a statement which read that he passed away “in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition for which he was being treated.” Boyce would have been 27 this year.
