A major development has emerged from Dhar after Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav visited the historic Bhojshala complex and offered prayers to Maa Vagdevi following the recent High Court verdict in the long-standing Bhojshala dispute case. The visit comes shortly after the court recognized the Bhojshala site as a temple based on historical and archaeological evidence presented during the proceedings. During his visit, CM Mohan Yadav performed पूजा-अर्चना with full rituals and sought blessings at the revered shrine associated with Maa Saraswati, also known as Vagdevi. Visuals from the temple complex showed the Chief Minister participating in traditional religious ceremonies amid tight security arrangements. The visit carries major political and religious significance as the Bhojshala issue has remained a sensitive and contested matter for years. The court’s ruling stated that the site has historical links to a temple structure and granted Hindu devotees the right to worship there. The dispute had long revolved around competing claims regarding religious usage of the premises. Following the verdict, celebrations were witnessed among sections of Hindu organizations and local devotees.
