Donald Trump has once again spoken strongly about a possible nuclear deal with Iran, saying that any agreement under his leadership would be “good, fair, and in the interest of the United States.” He also criticized former US President Barack Obama, claiming that past nuclear agreements benefited Iran financially and gave it room to move closer to nuclear capability. Trump stated that earlier administrations should have resolved the issue much earlier and insisted that his approach would be completely different. At the same time, US media reports suggest a possible draft framework for a new Iran deal. The proposed plan reportedly includes a 60-day ceasefire, reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, permission for Iran to export oil, and strict restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program. However, uncertainty continues as Iran has raised concerns over trust and key conditions. These conflicting positions have intensified global debate over whether a diplomatic deal will succeed or tensions in West Asia will escalate further.
