US Secretary of State Marco Rubio arrived in Kolkata on his first visit to India ahead of the Quad foreign ministers’ meeting in New Delhi. Rubio is also expected to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and discuss trade, defence, technology and strategic cooperation with Indian leaders.
