‘Spirit’: Vivek Oberoi hails Prabhas’ dedication

‘Spirit’: Vivek Oberoi calls Prabhas an inspiration, applauds his work ethic in Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial

Bollywood’s Vivek Oberoi will be seen sharing screen with Prabhas in the upcoming cop action drama ‘Spirit’ directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. During a recent interaction, Vivek shared his experience of working with Prabhas and spoke warmly about the Tollywood giant’s personality.

Vivek Oberoi praises Prabhas for his hard work and humble nature

As per a report by Moneycontrol, Vivek Oberoi shared Prabhas impressed him not only with his hard work but also with his humble nature. According to him, the actor stays focused on his work and never lets stardom change the way he treats people around him.Talking about Prabhas, Vivek said, “Even in extreme heat Prabhas works with complete dedication and never complains. Despite being such a big star, he remains humble, treats everyone with kindness and has no arrogance. Prabhas is truly an inspiration.”

Vivek Talks about his acting journey

Apart from speaking about Prabhas, Vivek also opened up about his own career and approach towards acting. He said that he now works in films because he genuinely enjoys acting and does not worry too much about success or failure.While talking about Spirit, Vivek said, “Picture abhi baaki hai mere dost. I have to do a lot of work and do my best. Rest is up to God.” The actor added that he enjoys choosing roles that make him happy and allow him to perform without pressure.

Vivek Oberoi look in ‘Spirit’

In February, the team dropped the first look of Vivek Oberoi’s character from the film. In the poster, Vivek Oberoi looks to be playing a crime boss. He can be seen standing in a dark room wearing a purple coloured robe with a cigar and sunglasses. Interestingly, he is seen holding a katana.

About ‘Spirit’

The movie also includes Tripti Dimri as the female lead, who earlier worked with Sandeep Reddy Vanga in his previous blockbuster ‘Animal’. Earlier, Deepika Padukone was set to be the leading lady, however, she and the makers parted ways.The film is set to release on March 5, 2027.
