A Mississauga man has been charged after police said he secretly recorded women inside fitting rooms at a retail store in Oakville. The case that investigators say may involve more victims, reports CP2436-year-old Dishanth Srideva is facing two counts of voyeurism following incidents at a Winners store on Winston Churchill Boulevard, according to Halton Regional Police.The first complaint was received in early April 2026 after a woman reported seeing a man using his cellphone to secretly record her while she was changing inside a fitting room at the store. The investigation was taken over by the 2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau, which said officers used “a variety of investigative techniques” to identify a suspect.As the probe continued, investigators linked the same man to a similar incident at the same store in November 2024, involving another adult female victim.Last week, police executed a search warrant at a residence in Mississauga. The accused was arrested at the scene and officers seized multiple items believed to contain evidence, including cellular phones and a laptop computer.“Multiple items of evidentiary value were found, which included cellular phones and a laptop computer,” police said in a release.Srideva has since been charged with two counts of voyeurism. He was later released on an undertaking and is due to appear in court in Milton at a later date.Investigators have also released his image publicly, saying they are concerned there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward. The release of the image is intended to help identify further complainants and assist the ongoing investigation.Srideva remains before the courts and has not been convicted.
