Breaking: Family demands fair probe in Trisha Sharma death case, raises questions over investigation process

The family of Trisha Sharma has intensified its demand for a fair and transparent investigation into her death, alleging serious lapses in the handling of the case and questioning procedural delays in forensic and postmortem examinations. Speaking to the media, family members expressed strong dissatisfaction over what they describe as an incomplete and influenced investigation process, claiming that crucial steps such as detailed postmortem procedures and timely recording of witness statements were either delayed or not properly executed. According to the family, the delay in approvals and procedural formalities has not only complicated the investigation but also raised concerns about the preservation of critical evidence. They argue that the current legal and administrative framework places unnecessary burden on victims’ families, especially when urgent forensic clarity is required. The family has also demanded accountability from investigating authorities, alleging bias and lack of urgency in pursuing key suspects and witnesses linked to the case. The case has further escalated after allegations were made regarding possible influence within institutional systems, including claims of pressure and procedural obstruction. The family insists that individuals connected to the incident, including those present at the scene, should be questioned thoroughly and without delay. They also allege inconsistencies in the initial medical examination and call for a re-evaluation of forensic reports. On the other hand, officials maintain that the investigation is being conducted as per legal protocol and all necessary procedures are being followed under judicial supervision. Authorities have urged the public and media to avoid speculation while the inquiry remains ongoing. The case continues to draw significant attention, with public discourse focusing on the balance between legal procedure and timely justice in sensitive death investigations.
