Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party leader Bhuwan Chandra Khanduri passed away on Tuesday after a prolonged illness in Dehradun. A retired Major General, Khanduri was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Dehradun for a long time.
