‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’ BO Day 3: Film grosses over Rs 24 cr

'Pati Patni Aur Woh Do' box office collection Day 3: Ayushmann Khurrana film wraps opening weekend grossing over Rs 24 crore

Ayushmann Khurrana, Rakul Preet Singh, Sara Ali Khan and Wamiqa Gabbi starrer ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’ is doing well at the box office despite mixed reactions from the audience. The film witnessed over 34% growth in its first Sunday collection as compared to Saturday’s earnings. However, it couldn’t achieve the benchmark set by the first installment, starring Kartik Aaryan in the lead.

The Mudassar Aziz-directed film opened to Rs 4 crore at the box office. On the second day, the movie saw minimal growth and minted Rs 5.75 crore. Now, according to the Sacnilk report, on Day 3, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’ has collected a net total collection of Rs 7.75 crore across 6,350 shows. With that, the total India gross collection has reached an estimated Rs 21 crore, while the total India net collection stands at Rs 17.50 crore.Meanwhile, in the overseas market, the movie earned a net total of Rs 1.25 crore on Day 3, while its total overseas gross collection was estimated at Rs 3.25 crore. With that, the total worldwide gross collection is now Rs 24.25 crore.

On the other hand, the 2019 film, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’, featuring Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ananya Panday, had earned big compared to the latest release. On Day 3, it had earned 14.51 crore in India, pushing its three-day total to 35.94 crore. The Mudassar Aziz director had raked in Rs 9.10 crore and Rs 12.33 crore on the first and the second day, respectively.
