She shares, “Yes, I do Pilates and it’s something I’ve really come to enjoy. It keeps me grounded, stronger, and more flexible. On alternate days I add weight training, which balances it out perfectly. Together, they’ve improved my posture, boosted my energy, and just made me feel so much better in my own body.”

I didn’t even know Calisthenics existed until my trainer randomly reached out to me on DMs. My body feels stronger. I feel confident in it. I know for a fact that if I’m low on energy or having an off day, one session can completely turn it around. It just makes everything better.”
