Mouni Roy keeps wedding pictures with Suraj Nambiar on socials; Old romantic posts go viral after divorce announcement

Mouni Roy remains in the spotlight after confirming her separation from husband Suraj Nambiar. Following the announcement, many social media users began checking whether the actress had removed memories from their relationship. Contrary to speculation, Mouni has not deleted any photographs from their wedding. The ceremonial images are still available on her Instagram profile. Several intimate and affectionate posts featuring Suraj also continue to be visible to her followers.

Mouni Roy’s wedding caption resurfaces

Among the posts drawing fresh attention is Mouni’s wedding announcement from January 2022. In the caption, she had expressed her happiness after tying the knot with Suraj. “I found him at last .. Hand in hand, blessed by family & friends, We are married!!!!!!!!!!! Need your love and blessings… 27.01.22 Love, Suraj & Mouni.” The post has now resurfaced online, with many fans revisiting the joyful moment. Several followers admitted they were shocked by the couple’s decision to separate. One wrote, “Still cannot believe Mon @imouniroy .” Another commented, “Finally ended ,” while one user observed, “She didnt delete the post and he has not posted a single picture with her.” Other reactions included, “Instagram is like aunty, after divorced they’re showing this post,” and “So sad now,”

In addition to the wedding pictures, older photographs of Mouni and Suraj have gained renewed attention. Many of the posts show the couple sharing warm and affectionate moments. Mouni addressed the separation on Thursday through a joint statement released with Suraj. The two said they were disappointed by the intense media attention surrounding their private lives.“We note with dismay the unnecessary and intrusive attention into our personal lives by certain quarters of the media,” the statement read. The couple added, “We would like to state that we have decided to part ways and are taking the necessary time to address matters privately and amicably.”
