'Raja Shivaji' box office collection day 15: Riteish Deshmukh's passion project is heading towards the Rs 100 crore mark

Riteish Deshmukh’s ambitious project, ‘Raja Shivaji’, completed two weeks in theatres last Thursday. The movie received a lot of love and appreciation from the audience. The historical drama, based on the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, has entered its third week at the cinemas. Let’s take a look at how much the movie has earned on day 15 of its release.

Initially, the audience was sceptical about Riteish Deshmukh playing the role of the Maratha warrior king; however, the actor impressed everyone with his performance.In the first week, the period drama raked in Rs 52.65 crore. The following week added another Rs 24.30 crore to its tally. Now, according to the Sacnilk report, on day 15, the film has managed to mint Rs 1.45 crore across 2,142 shows. It witnessed a drop of 23.7% as compared to its previous day’s collection of Rs 1.90 crore.This has pushed the total India gross collections to Rs 92.81 crore and total India net collections to Rs 78.40 crore.
