Breaking: Daily Commuters and Middle Class Feel the Pressure as Costs Rise

In Delhi, fuel prices have increased sharply, adding to inflation concerns across the country. Petrol has become costlier by ₹3 per litre, while diesel has also increased by ₹3 per litre. The revised rates in the capital now stand at ₹97.77 per litre for petrol and ₹90.67 per litre for diesel. CNG prices have also risen by ₹2 per kg, further impacting daily commuters. The rise in fuel prices has triggered concern among citizens at petrol pumps, with many saying that transportation costs will rise, eventually making essential goods and services more expensive. Middle-class families, daily wage earners, and transport-dependent workers are expected to be most affected. Public reactions reflect worry over budget strain, with many stating that fixed incomes will make it difficult to manage rising daily expenses.
