Mika Singh on rumors of dancing with 20 girls, throwing money

Mika Singh on people assuming he would dance with 20 girls and throw money: 'I have made 99 houses... We are farmers' kids'

Mika Singh, renowned for his musical talent, has also cultivated a substantial real estate portfolio, owning 99 houses and a 100-acre farm. Inspired by his farming background, he prioritized asset building over extravagant spending. Singh emphasizes the importance of wise investments and financial independence, contrasting his approach with peers who prioritize luxury purchases.

Mika Singh is not just a name in the music world—he’s also known for his smart approach to money. Owning 99 houses and a 100-acre farm, the singer has always focused on building lasting assets rather than splurging on luxury. In a recent interview, Mika opened up about his journey, talking about how his farmer roots, wise investment choices, and independent mindset have shaped his success both on stage and in life.

The story behind 99 houses

In a chat with Galatta India, Mika talked about his 99 houses, explaining that they vary in size and location, from small village homes to large, expensive properties. He emphasized that it’s not about the type of house, but the assets one owns. Mika also acknowledged that while many admire him, there are critics who question his choices, especially since he is unmarried and manages so much property on his own.

A farmer’s wisdom and smart investments

The singer also shared that coming from a family of farmers, he and his siblings weren’t taught to spend money lavishly. Their focus was always on becoming landlords, following the advice of their grandfather, who believed that land is a reliable and lasting investment. Over the years, Mika earned well and dedicated his earnings to building a strong real estate portfolio.

Breaking the luxury stereotype

He further explained that despite his flashy public image, he doesn’t waste money on luxuries. Instead, he invests his savings in building properties. He emphasized that owning assets like real estate provides security in life, and while people may expect him to spend extravagantly, his focus has always been on creating something lasting and reliable.Mika added that he’s not the only wealthy singer in the industry, but many peers tend to spend excessively on luxury brands and chartered flights. He stressed the importance of saving money and investing wisely, cautioning against burning through earnings recklessly, which he called foolish.

Independent and self-made

He revealed that he has been independent for over three decades, building all his assets on his own without guidance. While he values advice from his mentor Daler Mehndi in music, Mika has relied on his own wisdom to navigate life, grow, and learn along the way.T Go to Source
