Alia-Ranbir juggle night shoots while raising Raha

Alia Bhatt on raising Raha: Actress talks juggling ‘Love and War’ night shoots with Ranbir Kapoor

Alia Bhatt is living two of her biggest roles at once – one as one of Bollywood’s most sought-after stars, and the other as a doting mother to her daughter Raha. Whether she is filming grand dramas or tackling late-night shoots, the ‘2 States’ actress has found herself constantly balancing lights, cameras and lullabies. The actor admits that the journey, though demanding, is deeply rewarding and made easier with Ranbir Kapoor by her side.In a recent conversation with Grazia, she shared how she and Ranbir Kapoor are co-parenting daughter Raha while filming Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s much-awaited ‘Love and War’.

Alia Bhatt finds joy in working with Ranbir

For Alia, working with Ranbir is more rewarding than challenging. “It sounds cheesy, but there are no cons to this—only pros,” she said with a smile. The real challenge, she explained, is arranging Raha’s routine around their work schedules.“We’ve shot most of the film at night, so we’re usually with her during the day. There are days he’s shooting, days I am. We’re not always on set together,” she revealed.

Raha’s daily routine keeps her parents adjusting

Despite their packed routines, Raha has occasionally joined them on set. Alia described her daughter’s active little world with affection. “She’s got a very busy life herself with classes, playdates, grandparents, and activities. It does take a village, in a sense, and I feel very grateful for all my loved ones and the privilege that I have with this support system,” she said.

Alia Bhatt’s upcoming films

Alia is currently working on ‘Love and War’, reportedly a sweeping period romance directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, where she stars alongside husband Ranbir Kapoo and ‘Raazi’ co-star Vicky Kaushal. Apart from ‘Love and War’, she is also gearing up for ‘Alpha’, a high-octane action thriller directed by Shiv Rawail. She stars alongside Sharvari in this thrilling project. Go to Source
