One crew member lost their life in a road accident near Hyderabad. Five others sustained serious injuries in the crash.The incident has left the entire unit shaken. It has also brought production activities to an immediate stop.Incident near Ramoji Film CityAccording to Bollywood Hungama, the accident occurred when crew members were travelling to Ramoji Film City. The team was heading there for a scheduled shoot. The mishap took place on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Reports suggest the vehicle lost control near Abdullapurmet. It then crashed into cement divider blocks. The impact was severe and caused major damage.Reportedly the accident happened under the Choutuppal police station limits. It occurred close to the Toopranpet bridge. One crew member died on the spot, while others were badly injured.Injured shifted, identities awaitedEmergency responders reached the spot quickly. The injured were taken to a nearby hospital without delay. They are currently undergoing treatment.Authorities have not revealed the identities of the victims yet. Updates on their health condition are still awaited. The situation remains critical for some of the injured members.Shoot for ‘Fauzi’ haltedFollowing the accident, the makers have paused the shoot. The decision was taken to honour the deceased crew member. It also allows time for necessary formalities.The production team is working with authorities. Police have begun an investigation into the incident. They are trying to determine the exact cause.Initial reports indicate that the driver may have lost control. However, officials are also checking if safety protocols were followed properly. More clarity is expected in the coming days. Like many big projects, it faced issues with leaked images from the set. The team responded with a strict warning on social media.“It has come to our attention that certain accounts are circulating leaked images from the sets of #Fauzi. Please treat this as a strict warning – any such content will be reported, and necessary action will be taken against those involved.”Director Hanu Raghavapudi also shared his concern. He urged fans to respect the team’s effort.“We’ve poured our hearts into #Fauzi to give you something truly special. Humbly requesting everyone, please don’t spoil the magic with leaks. Let’s experience it the way it’s meant to be… together in theatres,” they wrote.In the film, Prabhas plays a soldier described as a “one-man battalion.” The makers introduced the project on his birthday.
