'Hridayapoorvam' OTT release; Mohanlal and Sathyan Anthikad's film to stream on THIS platform

Mohanlal’s ‘Hridayapoorvam’, directed by veteran filmmaker Sathyan Anthikad, finally hit theatres on this day (August 28), marking one of the most awaited Onam releases of the year.The film, with music by Justin Prabhakaran, also stars Malavika Mohanan and Sangeeth Prathap in key roles. Alongside its theatrical run, OTT details have also been reportedly confirmed.As reported by OTT Play, the film will stream soon on OTTplay Premium and another major platform after completing its big-screen journey.

A heartwarming story with Mohanlal at the centre

In ‘Hridayapoorvam’, Mohanlal plays Sandeep, a Malayali man in his 40s who has undergone a heart transplant surgery. The story follows him as he travels to Pune to attend the engagement ceremony of the donor’s daughter. Then his life takes unexpected turns. Malavika Mohanan plays the female lead, while ‘Premalu’-fame Sangeeth Prathap plays a crucial role.

The film’s first half has already garnered positive responses from audiences. The chemistry between Mohanlal and Sangeeth Prathap is said to be one of the main highlights of the film.
