Russia or its proxies are said to have flown surveillance drones over routes that the US and its allies use to ship military supplies to Ukraine, as per the New York Times. These drones collected intelligence that could be used to aid its troops in Ukraine, the NYT added unnamed western officials. These drone flights reportedly concentrated in the eastern German state of Thuringia, the NYT wrote citing German publication WirtschaftsWoche.
